SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER FOR PLASTIC

 SJ Series Single Screw Extruder is mainly used to process PP, PE, PP-R, ABS and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can manufacture profile, pipes, sheets and other plastic products and granulation. This Single Screw Extruder has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.

Suitable for various polyolefin materials: HDPE, PPR, PP, and ABS etc. SJ single screw extruder adopts advanced human-machine interface control system to realize the automatic control of the whole line.

 APPLICATION

 It is apply to extrude various kinds of plastic materials, such as PP, PE, PVC, PA, PS, ABS etc. With proper downstream equipments, it can produce pipes, profiles, board, sheet, granules and so on.

The screw of single screw extruder adopt 38CrMoAlA, with nitriding treatment. Gearbox adopt the drive of involutes gear with low noise, steady operation, large bearing capacity.
