Hss ( m2 ) slitting saws are manufactured for ferrous metal and for non-ferrous metal industry. These blades are specifically suited for use in manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic sawing operations. All blades are hardened to 6364 hrc, triple tempered and pressed quenched to give flattest saw possible. These blades are manufactured incorporating the latest developments in cutting geometries and surface treatments.

the raw material for hss saws are rolled metal sheet, cut into blanks. The heat treatment is done by a very morden automatic, ecologically safe throughfeed hardening line. A consistent and optimal hardness of the tools is guaranteed with this new technology.
Circular cutting saw blades, circular cutting knives and slitting cutters are manufactured with consistently tight tolerances on width, side-runout, diameter, and concentricity.
