Humidity Cabinet

This is a double walled unit with mild steel powder coat painted on out side, and the inner is made of either aluminium or stainless steel. The front door has a glass window with a wiper unit. The temperature range is ambient to 60 deg. C. Dry temperature is controlled by digital temperature controller with an accuracy of ±1 deg.c. The humidity is directly controlled by a humidity indicator cum controller and the humidity is displayed in percentage. The range is from atmospheric humidity to 95% with a sensitivity of ±3% Air circulating fan is provided to maintain both humidity and temperature. The salient feature of this unit is, the water flow is automaticaly controlled by a solenoid valve. A boiler with immersion heater is housed at the bottom of the unit for creating humidity. The unit works on 220 volts ac.(without hygrometer.)
