technological process

technique of hydraulic press
1. the hydraulic press is designed with floating frame. it accomplishes dual-direction pressing by maintaining movement velocity differences between the piston and frame. in this way, the brick making machine avoids problems caused by non-uniform load on materials in one-direction pressing, by producing quality bricks with uniform density.
2. with graded pressing, the hydraulic press automatically exhausts for a number of times. this allows the brick machine to effectively prevent microcrack from layers and produce high density, uniform bricks.
