Apart from this we undertake Reconditioning of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Cylinders. We are also the supplier of Hydraulic Components and Accessories like valves, Seal Kits etc.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS TECHNICAL DETAILS
1.Cylinders are of Double Acting Single Acting type and as per customer drawing.
2. We shall be using seals of ParkerMerkelEquivalent make
3. Cylinders working pressure will be as per customer specification and test pressure will be 1.5 times of working pressure.
4.Outer construction and mounting of the cylinder will be as per customer GA drawing & specifications, internal design will be ours. We will provide G.A. drawing with mounting details within two weeks after receipt of P.O. for customer approval
5. Material specification for main components of the cylinder are as below

b) Hydraulic Power Packs and systems for the above mentioned application areas.
c) Supply of spare parts for cylinders and power packs.
The company is situated at Peenya, Bangalore with a built in factory space of 34,000 sqft.
