• Cylinder barrel is made of drawn, cold, seamless steel, which is internally  polished and honed to achieve a maximum surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns
• Piston is composed of single piece steel precisely machined for correct alignment
• Piston bearing uses Teflon composite for maximum firmness
• Piston rods are made from medium carbon steel which is toughened, ground, hard chrome plated and polished to acquire
• Highest roughness of Ra-0.4 microns
• Piston rod bearings are made from Teflon composite or phosphor bronze for maximum rigidity
• Variety of international standard sealing systems are utilized to suit different temperatures and applications
• Mountings are made from precisely machined steel suited for heavy duty applications
• Tie rods are made from high tensile steel.
