Our Hydraulic Cylinders - HH21 Series are manufactured as per ISO 6020/2. They have rated pressure of 210kg/cm^₂ and bore diameter of up to 200mm. Temperature is between -20^_oC to 90^_oC and alternatives are available. Please note that in higher size piston, head end cushioning won’t be provided.

Details :

End covers are made from precisely machined steel
For cylinder barrel, cold, drawn, seamless steel is polished and honed internally to acquire a maximum surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns
Piston is made from single piece steel which is accurately machined for ideal alignment
Teflon composite is used for piston bearing, to impart maximum rigidity
Piston rods are made of medium carbon steel which is toughened, ground, hard chrome plated and polished to reach highest roughness of Ra-0.4 microns
Phosphor bronze or Teflon composite is used in piston rod bearings for maximum rigidity
A whole host of international standard sealing systems are employed to suit different temperatures and applications
Mountings are made from correctly machined steel well suited for heavy duty applications
Tie rods are prepared from high tensile steel
