The bore of the cylinder can be up to 350mm and standard temperature is from -20^_oC to 90^_oC. For higher temperatures up to 180^_oC, special seals are optional.

• The barrel is made from cold, drawn and seamless steel, polished and honed internally to maximum surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns
• The cylinder piston is a single piece steel item, accurately machined for perfect placement.
• Piston bearing comprises of Teflon composite for highest rigidity
• Piston rod is made of medium carbon stee which is ground hard-chrome plated and polished to achieve maximum roughness of Ra=0.4 microns
• Piston rod bearing consists of Teflon composite or phosphor-bronze for maximum firmness
• A wide variety of international standard sealing systems are utilized to cater to different applications and temperatures
• Mountings are made from precisely machined steel, ideal for heavy duty application
• Cold, drawn steel is used to make tie rods.
