• Cylinder barrel is prepared from drawn, cold, seamless steel and, polished and honed internally to achieve a maximum
• Surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns
• Piston is composed of single piece steel precisely machined for ideal alignment
• Teflon composite is used for piston bearing, to impart maximum rigidity
• Piston rods are made from medium carbon steel which is toughened, ground, hard chrome plated and polished to reach
• Maximum roughness of Ra-0.4 microns
• Teflon composite is used in piston rod bearings for maximum rigidity and least friction
• Numerous international standard sealing systems are utilized to suit wide array of  temperatures and applications
• Mountings are made from fittingly machined steel appropriate for heavy duty applications
