Hydraulic Feedback Tubing Pump

We are offering hydraulic feed back tubing pump
the barrel and plunger of the oil-well pump: ф57.15（ф69.85）ф38.10 （ф44.45）barrel of pump is connected with plunger. With the principle of hydraulic feedback, the pressure of liquid column in the tubing would be thrown on the plunger to enforce the plunger to break the resistance of thickened oil and move down.
It is suitable for the oil wells whose viscosity is lower than 4000mpa.s and the wells that have low viscosity but frequent break off.
Manners of working
firstly, the plunger should be taken out from the barrel. The tubing should be connected with the barrel assembly and transported to the precalculated position. Then the plunger should be connected with sucker rod and transported to the bottom of tubular column.
Application characteristics
1. The whole pump does not include standing valve so that it is unnecessary to install the oil-releasing device. Also, it is unnecessary to move the barrel or tubing to do the downhole testing and it can inject thermal recovery of steam.
2. In the manpower transportation of short distance, the carrying persons should be more than three. The carrying persons should be in uniform distribution according to overall length. The transportation should be handled with care to prevent loss, shock or crash.
