HYDRAULIC FOUR COLUMN PRESS

This series hydraulic press is widely applied in various forming technology, including the processing and forming of various plastic materials such as extrusion, bending, ruffling, deep drawing, etc. It also can be used for all kinds of press forming of plastic, powder products.

Application:

       This machine is suitable for various kinds of pressing technology of plasticity material, such as punching, bending, flanging, sheet metal drawing, besides, the machine can also engage in calibration, pressure equipment, wheel molding, plastic products and powder metallurgy press molding process. This machine has the power mechanism of independent and electrical system, and uses the centralized control buttons, can realize the adjustment (point) and work (semi-automatic) two kinds of mode of operation.

       The machines working pressure, the travel range can be adjusted according to the process needs. And the constant pressure to complete the molding and constant distance from two kinds of process requirements, with automatic return action after pressing.
