This is a hydraulically operated 15 tons capacity blanking press suitable for making gold coin blanks from 1.0 gram weight upto 100.0 grams weight. The hydraulic action of the blanking results in much better quality of the blanks as compared to the motorized mechanical toggle type presses which do the blanking in one impact only.
The press is designed for utmost ease of operation with foot pedal operation and a bolster plate which is designed to easily adjust to all various different size blanking dies. The press is having a 75mm length of stroke and is supplied with a 3.0 HP capacity 440 volts 3 phase AC electric motor with electric control panel.
