Smart Hydraulic Rock Splitter S750

Launching new hydraulic rock splitter model S750 larger than S240 and little bit smaller than S950. Mainly for building constructions and trenching work.

Working of S750: Wedge set inserted in pre-drilled hole of 76 mm diameter & 1200-1400 deep. S750 cylinder pushes centre wedge between two counter wedges. Which applies a 2000-2500 ton splitting force on side wall of rock hole, resulting in splitting of rock without any noise and vibration. The splitting opration time for a single hole is 60 secs.

To obtain maximum output following steps recommend:

Step 1: Insert half of the total length of wedge and operate the splitter.

Step 2: Insert about 3/4" of the total length of wedge to split again.

Step 3: Finally insert the total length of wedge and split to complete.

The S750 is ideal for open trenching, foundation blocks, and tunnel excavations. It can be mounted on a backhoe loader and is suitable for applications such as open pit excavation, shafts, micro-tunneling, building construction, and mining, particularly in areas with limited space.
