Material distribution system: the unique forced material distribution mechanism and the special-purpose material arch bar applicable to different mold cavities can achieve the forced arch breaking and secondary mixing effects, thus, it can maximally ensure the distribution uniformity with a large amount of flyash added.

Vibration system: with application of the special technology-based vibrating shaft arrangement and vibration system and rack separation technology, the vibration can be uniformly distributed in the whole platen; accordingly, it can largely enhance the product performance consistency and stability, deliver higher quality product under conditions of same proportioning, and effectively reduce the noise.
