KALA Water Well Drilling Rig all Hydraulic Top Drive Drill Rig mounted truck design with steel construction fully welded structure for handling shocks and loads in drilling , accommodating specially design transfer gear box coupled to truck differential, for hydraulic pump.

The rig is capable of drilling 61/2” dia hole up to a depth of 300 mts &12” dia holes up to depth 100mts.

(Drilling depth are based on straight, vertical, clean holes parameters based on favorable drilling conditions)

Base frame skid 6 mts x 2.4 mts 5 mm chequer sheet with 250 mm sorting
Break out cylinder with wire rope welded to pillar frame of 300 mm stroke
Hydraulic return line filters, 25 Micron, Mechanical clogging indicator for filters air breather assembly fitted on tank.
Micro feed control valves, valve for setting travel speed of rotary head while drilling, hydraulic oil coller 25 kw & control panel.
Leveling jacks mounted to base frame of size 125x70x610 mm stroke with valves
Lubricator capacity 13 liters with 1110 CFM 350 PSI
Optional : Rod changer to handle the drill rods lifting winch with manual swing
