The baskets are fabricated using stainless steel and are balanced dynamically to avoid vibrations and noise. They are utilized for high speed centrifuging process. Outer layer of the drum is fabricated using mild steel sheet. In order to increase safety of the device, we have added an interlocking device and a limit switch.
Working:

When the substance or material is placed inside the extractor, the drum revolves at the set speed and extracts the excess water or separates the particles.
