Hydrogenated castor oil is produced by the addition of Hydrogen gas to castor oil in the presence of nickel catalyst" This is known as hydrogenation process. The required temperature range is 125-135 degree Celsius and required hydrogen pressure range is 2-2.5 Kg/cm3 for the saturation of double bond to yield a viscous waxy product. The Hydrogenated Castor Oil that we offer are manufactured using latest techniques and processed to give a high quality product. HCO is produced by addition of hydrogen gas to castor oil in the presence of Nickel Catalyst.
