Hz Hydrazide Resin

The Hz hydrazide resin activated support couples immunoglobulin G (IgG) molecules via carbohydrate moieties on the Fc region of antibody molecules. Fc attachment results in a more specific antigen-antibody interaction and 100–300% higher antigen binding capacity than other resins. The resin is a unique approach to IgG coupling to an agarose support matrix for affinity purification.This resin achieves a more uniform orientation of coupled antibody than currently available activated supports which couple via primaryamines.
