separate hopper refrigeration,by separate compressor solenoid valve to pre-cool mix and maintain mix below 4.5°c
c) keep fresh system
during long no-use periods,the keep fresh system maintains safe product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders.
D) rainbow system
adding syrup to ice cream,make tasty and colourful ice cream.
E) outter accessories
blue & white canopy or red & white canopy,cone dispensers,serving table.
