Set the refrigerator to the coldest temperature.2. Dissolve the contents of this packet in ½L (1 milk bottle) of milk and heat the mixture till it boils, stirring continuously.3. Remove and cool. Stir frequently while cooling.4. Put the mixture in an aluminum container or tray, cover and freeze for 2 hours.5. Then remove & beat with spoon or in a kitchen mixer for about 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Pour into trays and freeze.Tip:For richer ice cream, use 250gms of freshmilk cream.
