Idler Roller

Conveyor Idler Rollers are used and positioned corresponding to load points, where the lumps and the weight of material falling on to the belt could not cause damage to it. To limit the impact effect of material on to the rollers, the latter are covered with a series of rubber rings of adequate thickness ( 100mm diameter, 127mm diameter and 152mm diameter ) and resistance. Generally Conveyor Idler Rollers are supplied in sizes from 40mm diameter to 88,9mm diameter.
