Idler Rollers

We provide Idler Rollers & systems with dust collection systems that offers useful versatility where both grinding and buffing are done. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life. Starting equipment is indicated in the chart below. For added safety, the use of an eye shield and a dust collector is suggested. A shaft holding device is provided as standard to simplify wheel changing. carrying idler :- carrying idler are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame,groove-shape forward inclined idler frames and transition idler frame. Impact idler :- installed on the material-feeding spot to reduce the impulsive force occurred by the falling down material and protect the belt and idlers from damaged.

• Two Roll type Troughing idlers & brackets are used to conrey bulk material & teh same are available with 20* and 30* Inchined Idlers.
• For Conveying large quantity of bulk material Three roll type bracket with 20*, 30* and 45* Inclined Idles are available.
• Troughing angle impect Idlers generally used for absorbing impect at loading point & protect belt, Idlers are available in Two roll type & Three roll type bracket & having troughing angle 20*, 30* & 45*.
• Due to eccentric, loading, soiling slipage of the material to the drum pulleys and Idlers roller may cause the belt to run crooked to prevent the belt from running to the rollers self aligning Idlers of various angles & design are available.
• For horizontal flat belt conveyor pogitive action type belt training Ilders are available in any size.
• Rubber ring return Idlers are generally used when handling material is wet & silky or corrosion resistence is required.
