15kVA IGBT static stabilizer uses a high-frequency Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) power stage and a Digital Signal Processor (DSP)-based control system with a buck-boost transformer to provide fast and precise voltage regulation without any moving parts.

    Working Principle
The core operation of the stabilizer involves the following steps:
    1. Voltage Sensing: The DSP control board continuously monitors the input and output AC voltages (and other parameters like load current) in real-time through sensing circuits (current and voltage transformers).
    2. Comparison and Control: The sensed input voltage is compared to a pre-set stable reference voltage. If a fluctuation (deviation) is detected, the DSP calculates the exact voltage difference that needs to be corrected.
    3. PWM Generation: The DSP generates a precise Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal at a high frequency (typically 20 kHz) and a specific duty cycle. This high-frequency switching, managed by the IGBTs, is applied to the primary winding of the buck-boost transformer.
    4. Voltage Correction (Buck/Boost):
      • Low Input Voltage (Boost Mode): If the input voltage is low, the generated voltage from the IGBT stage is in phase with the input supply. This voltage is induced in the secondary coil of the buck-boost transformer and is added in series to the main input voltage line, thus boosting it to the desired stable output level.
      • High Input Voltage (Buck Mode): If the input voltage is high, the generated voltage is 180 degrees out of phase with the input supply. This voltage is then subtracted from the input voltage, bringing it down to the required stable output level.
    5. Continuous Stabilization: This entire process happens instantaneously (correction speed can be as fast as 4000V/sec or within a single cycle of the AC waveform), ensuring a continuous, stable, and pure sine wave output to the connected load, regardless of input fluctuations.
