Our Company consists of experienced & qualified engineers to understand client’s requirements in a better manner. They work together to meet the needs of our customers and to help our customers win with the long durable, quality products. The team of skilled engineers and technicians is led by experienced founder, Mr. Rameshbhai S. Kotadia (BE Mechanical in 2002). He has started his journey in 2002 with Engine Parts Manufacturing. The 1st product he worked on is Engine Valves. Later in 2007 plant was installed with High Tech CNC Machines and Special Purpose Machines. Due to wonderful response from dealers and customers company started manufacturing Connecting Rod in 2017 for which High Precision Machines were imported. The production work could focus on more precision in the products.
In this journey where man has travelled from cave to cars, the founder has earned precious learning experience of more than 2 decades in manufacturing the quality parts for two and three wheeler engine parts. He is also leading team of QC and R&D to bring everyday best results in the production at cost effective budget. His learning approach and PR has earned company good will and earned end customers’ faith in products.
Intensive groundwork has been done to understand the needs of buyers and market has been researched well while producing the engine parts. Thus the manufacturing and delivery processes are smoothened by his guidance and hard work of all team members.
The journey has not stopped here rather a new perspectives developed by the team. At Ikon Engine Valves a tradition is set where end customers and dealers are asked for their feedback. After studying these feedbacks quality improvement measures are taken up. This tradition is set by the founder because of the primary ethics what, he carries. We also exhibit our products in various national – international level expos.
