i'll make a concept art from your idea. Prefered style cartoon/comic/stylized, but i'm open to suggestions.
i offer few non-paid revisions to a sketch.
basic (rs.1800) -  simple concept in color, front and side view, no expressions
standard (rs.2750) -  concept in color, front, side and back view, 4 expressions
premium (rs. 4270) - detailed concept in color, all sides, 8 expressions

extras:

• commercial use license: the extra fee is rs.1450

• more expressions: I can make 3 additional expressions for your design,

the extra fee is rs.1450
