Automatic, horizontal Form, Fill & seal machine currently set for standup pouch’s with zipper. Pouch size range: 3" to 8-34" in Width; 3" to 9-12" in Length. Equipped with forming plow, film tension rollers, 17 station chain pouch conveyor set on 10" centers, dual side seal, and cut-off station, no pouch detection, suction cup style pouch opener, top seal cleaning, heat seal bar, and pouch pick-off. Film specifications: up to 26" wide, up to 18" roll diameter on 3" OD core. AB SLC 504 PLC with swing arm, touch pad controls and 550 panel view. Optional fillers available, auger fillers, volumetric fillers, scales, parts counters ect.
