Dawn 7000 (imidacloprid 70% wg)is a systemic insecticide which contains 70%ww imidaclorpid as active ingradient used as foilar spray for the control of sucking insects, including leafplant hoppers, aphids, thrips and white flies brown plant hopper and white backed plant hopper . It is also effective against soil insects, termites & some species of biting insects. It is used as seed dressing, as soil treatment and as foilar treatment in different crops such such as rice, cotton, cereals, maize, sugarbeats, potatoes, vegetables, citrus fruits, pome fruits and stone fruits etc in accordance with the climatic condition and approval of local authorities. When handled properly according to good agricultural practices it is suitable for use in integrated pest management.
