Impact Idler Roller

Idler surface is made up of elastic rubber ring. It is fitted at the feed point to impact the falling crash to the conveyor belt so that prevent the belt and idler from damaging.

3 Bearing: Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RS&2Z with C3 clearance.

4 Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal.

5 Lubrication: Grease is Lithium soap type grease with Rust Inhibitors.

6Welding: CO2 gas shielded arc welding end

7 Painting: Ordinary painting, hot galvanized painting, electric static spraying painting, baked painting
