Impact Press

These Impact Presses are different from the conventional Fly Presses and Arbor Presses. The Impact Press is a press in which the actual impact, which acts on the job, does not depend on the pressure exerted by the operator while actuating the lever. The mechanical advantage ratio achieved is more than 175. So however lightly you pull the handle lever, the pressure that you get on the job is consistent. This leads to instant forming of the job as per your requirement and a uniform finish.
These presses operate at a speed of two strokes per second & hence are ideal for assembly line operations.
