We are one of the primary manufacturers and suppliers of Impact Pulverizer in Ahmadabad, Gujarat. As the name suggests, this machine is used to make powders of different materials, and are mostly used in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The machine works in full throttle caused by the impact of rotating hammers against the grinding liners. All the materials are inserted through the inlet which is then taken to the grinding chamber. Materials are crushed into small portions because of the powerful hammers. The stream of air which blows through the pulverizer helps to move the particles to the outlet. Because of the presence of the whizzer classifiers, the uncrushed large particles are resent to the grinder, unless they turn into fine dust. The dust is then flown by the fan to the cyclone collector which with the help of a dust collector helps to have dust free operations and clear air in the mill.
