Impact pulverizer

An extra heavily constructed machine designed to pulverize even rocks & minerals of medium hardness. Fineness ranging between 100 mesh to 300 mesh ( 150 to 50 microns ) and in some cases upto 500 mesh. " Non concrete foundation " frame with AVM pads may be provided.

• Grinding classifying and conveying done in one operation.
• Particle size is finer and more uniform than that obtained from machines using screen.
• No dusting from feeding hopper because feeding is done under negative pressure.
• Less dusting on output side because of use of cyclone separators.
• It runs at low speed compared to machines using screen. Hence much less maintenance.
• Easy to Clean and Wash.
• It is manually fed as normal practice. However it can be supplied with automatic feeding also.
