The electromagnetic impact type vibrator consists of main body which houses the coil. The coil is fed with pulsating current that sets in the vibration. The amplitude of vibration can be controlled by controlling the input voltage. The vibrators are easy to install and use and need no maintenance. The intensity of vibration can be varied if needed by providing regulator in the control panel. Most ideal for declogging of hoppers and chutes Used for conveying products which will not normally move on slope

Application
Vibrating table is very useful in several industries.
For inclined discharge chutes to produce an easy flow.
For rectanguler or cylindrical bin with centre discharge.
For effective packing of fluffy and difficult to handle powder in chemical and pharmacuetical industry.
For proper flow of material in conical shaped hopper.
Capacity.

	The vibrators are made in various power ratings ranging from 25 Watts. to 500 Watts. It is important to use the vibrator of correct rating.
	The vibratmodel depends on the wall thickness of the hopper.
	The design and the capacity of the hopper determines the number of vibrators to be used.
	When more than one vibrators are required to be installed on one hopper, they should be connected in same phase.
	All the vibrators are designed to operate at 230 Volts. A. C. single phase system.
	The vibrators at higher voltage can be manufactured on request.
	Each vibrator will be provided with a control cabinet to convert A. C. to pulsating D. C. except model SDV- 1

Increase Production and Profits by using Bowl Feeder
Vibration has been a very fascinating subject for man since ancient times. With the advent of new technologies, man has mastered the art of creating and controlling vibrations. In our design of the vibrating bowl feeder, the vibrations are created in spiral fashion so that the components placed on the bowl which is fixed to the vibrating unit start moving round and round. The bowl being custom built for the particular component, has a peculiar geometry. As the component moves round and round up the track, it is so designed that the component gets oriented and comes out in the desired form. The process of orienting is very useful on assembly line and automatic operations, as no manual labour is employed for feeding of components. At “Vibro Equipments” we have over 30 years experience manufacturing various designs of vibrating equipments. We manufacture bowl feeder from a small 200mm diameter bowl to 1000mm in M.S. or S.S.304 construction. Each bowl is designed and manufactured according to the need of customer to give proper orientation and trouble free service. The Bowl feeder works on D. C. Pulsating supply obtained from converting 230V AC single phase by use of thyristor circuit. Each unit is supplied with a control panel to supply D.C. power to the vibrator and control the feed rate. As the supply frequency is 50 Hz, the bowl feeder operates at 3000 vibrations per minute at 1.5mm amplitude (maximum), which can be varied from zero to full.
