India. Diamond Grit Dressers have been developed from multi-point dressers. In contrast they are manufactured from crushed diamond grit rather than small natural diamonds. Our Dressers are manufactured with external bond system only, Diamond grit particles are uniformly distributed in a tungsten carbide matrix & molded in a specific bond size & then properly brazed on a required shank. This system contributes to a higher surface finish on grinding wheel & finished products. These Dressers are resistant to shock & impact which prevents shattering. A vibration free mounting, depth of cut not exceeding 0.01-0.04mm & plentiful supply of coolant should be provided both before and during dressing to prolong dresser life. The standard Diamond Bond are DG-6, DG-8, DG-10, DG-12, DG-15. These types of Dressers are used on center less, surface and cylindrical grinding machines.
