MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTIONS

Belt Material – PVC Belt Type: E12/2 U0/V20 Green Endless Conveyor belt:

Roller – Seamless pipe Ø220mm dia. 8mm thick.

• Conveyor will be fitted with imported PVC Belt Type: E12/2 U0/V20 Green Endless Conveyor belt. The belt having slats/flights fitted at the interval of 0.25 meter along the belt and having frill (Side) walls on both sides.
• The best and proven quality belt (Imported) which is suppose to be costliest for trouble free service.
• Rollers and press rollers are made from one piece white polypropylene plastic.
• The top of conveyer is covered by acrylic sheet which prevents spilling of dust etc. into surrounding area.
• The main structure of body is made our of 2.5 mm plate to give typical international look to conveyer.
• The press rollers have taper roller bearings for long life.
