Product Description :

Indirect Air Heaters are an advanced Shell and Tube design heat Exchangers. The flue gases pass through the main combustion chamber Connected through flue tubes, arranged to give three pass; while the air is forced over the combustion chamber and flue tubes thus delivering clear uncontaminated hot air.

Indirect Air Heaters are fitted with a high efficiency fully automatic pressure jet burner for complete combustion. The pre wired control panel incorporates electronic safety and monitoring devices such as temperature controller, sequence controller with flame sensor, fuses, contactors, over current relays etc.

Indirect Air Heaters will deliver clear uncontaminated hot air. This will avoid the use of any intermediary heating media such as steam, hot water or thermic fluid. This will eliminate heat exchanger, control valves and consequently the blems associated with these media.

Indirect Air Heaters are factory pre-assembled, self contained packaged units ready for installation, requiring only fuel, chimney and electrical connection.

The Water Ring Vacuum Pump was developed somewhere in 1968. The same has been patented under Patent Registration No : 123219 of 1969 have achieved First National Award from NATIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF INDIA, NEW DELHI in the year 1974 for designing of Vacuum Pump.
In the year 1978, the company started manufacturing activities in the name of M/s. Vacunair Engineering Company and developed as well as manufactured the higher capacity Vacuum Pumps, Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heating Systems, Dryers and allied heating Systems.
In the year 1989, Vadher Family also initiated a new venture Namely M/s. Aero Therm Systems Pvt. Ltd. At Vatwa, having full fledged facilities for design and manufacturing of Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Dryers, Ovens, Furnaces, Hot Air Generators, Hot Water Generators and Allied Heating Systems.
