This is a compact design precious metal melting machine incorporating the water cooling tank with pump in the same housing. The machine features:
1. Latest IGBT switching technology for longer operating life and high efficiency and high performance.
2. Absolute alloy homogeneity for excellent finished output is achieved through medium frequency operation of the machine.
3. Reduces melting losses due to more uniform distribution of heat.
Allows use of readilyavailable graphite crucibles.
4. The machine has automatic temperature controller using bottom touching spring mounted thermocouple.
5. Audio-Visual alarm to alert the operator is provided if for any reason water circulation breaks while melting is in progress.
6. It is suitable to run on 220 volts single phase supply and is available in various capacities of 12 kg, 1.0 kg, 2.0 kg and 5.0 kg.
