An Induction Motor is an Ac electric motor in which the electric current in the rotor needed toproduce torque is obtained byelectromagnetic inductin from the magnatic field of the sator winding.

The Motor are Designed For a Rated Voltage of 415 v For 3 Phase&230 v For 1 Phase and Frequency of 50 HZ.
The Motors Give The Rated Output For a Fluctuation Of (a)  10% in Voltage and (b) 5% In Frequency of (c) any Combination of (a) and (b).
