SPECIFICATION

Cap bottles and containers securely and rapidly. These compact yet powerful units are designed to securely seal plastic caps onto bottles. At SAMPACK® we offer both manual and semi automatic models. The Pneumatic Manual Capper provides a smoother and comfortable torque control. The capping process is extremely simple: The manual capper can be hanged from roof or be held by hand. The operator places caps on bottles manually; after pressing the capper down on the cap the unit is activated while holding down the bottle or container. The unit will stall or disengage its clutch when the target torque is reached.

The Semi Automatic Capping Machine is used by the beverage, food, cosmetic, agricultural, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, among others.

They are completely self-contained and require only 220V of electrical current to operate. Its operation is simple, as follows:

1) Place Cap On Bottle;

2) Place Bottle Into Machine;

3) Extract Capped Bottle.
