inductive proximity switch: is used for position sensing of metallic objects. Suitable for part sensing, job counting, position sensing. They are also used for speed sensing, direction and rotation sensing of any moving or oscillating machines.
dc switches are divied into two catagories according to load connection
1. Load connected between supply wire and output wire (npn)
2. Load connected between ground wire and output wire (pnp)
