The first step to manufacturing industrial substrates begins far away from any plant. In fact, it starts with you. From the onset of our relationship, we will work with you to determine a custom solution for your specific application. PFG Industrial substrates are used in such broad fabric applications as polymer coating and lamination substrates, rubber release liners, electromagnetic interference shielding and air dispersion applications. We manufacture a line of polyester and nylon woven products, 20 denier to 2500 denier, 0.8 oz. to 25 oz. per square yard. We can finish fabrics to impart a variety of properties, such as heat-stability, silcone release, water repellency, flame retardancy, anti-microbial and permeability.
