Shivam Controls Systems is a bagging machine manufacturer in India. EDI Bagging Machines are designed specifically for filling and closing readymade open-mouth bags. These machines are based on electronic weighing principles using Load cell sensors and are controlled by Microprocessor based Bagging Controllers.

The feeding system is selected based on material characteristics. Various feeding systems such as gravity feed, belt feed, screw feed, vibrational feed, etc. are selected after evaluating the material characteristics. The bags are fed into the machine where they are, filled with the product with the targeted weight, and then sealed/stitched further after coming from Bag-holder. A variety of materials and bulk products are packaged by using these machines.
