Conductor are drawn from electrolytic grade Aluminum & Copper manufactured by using best raw material directly purchased from manufacturers to ensure compliance with global standards.

Enamelling Process:

In Enamelling process, a thin layer of enamel insulation is applied on on top of the drawn bare Copper /Aluminium wire or any combination as per standards or as per customer requirements. It is ensured that enamel application is very scientific and every care is taken to ensure a concentric coating.

During processing on the enamelling machine , the diameter of the conductor, its surface, size of covering etc. are checked at each stage.

The advantage of enamelled copper round winding wire: it takes up less space in coil formation, use less energy and is resistant to corrosion.
