Ashapura Industries is the Pressed Steel Radiator manufacturing unit in the state of Rajasthan equipped with the latest technology. Ashapura Industries manufactures Pressed Steel Radiators according to IEEMA(Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association). The company is manufacturing all kinds of Pressed Steel Radiators having width of 226mm, 300mm, 520mm, and the length can be manufactured as per specific demand from Customers. The radiators are made with bare pipe ends (weldable /type W) for direct welding onto the transformer tank, or with square flange (detachable /type F) for bolting onto machine flanges headers, etc can also be manufactured against specific requirements. The radiators are provided with two coats of Red Oxide zinc Chrome primer and Enamel finish paint (providing for a total dry film thickness of 70 to 100 micro-meters) on the outside, and one coat of heat-resistant varnish on the inside. The radiators are tested with all the possible methods, to provide best quality of the product Ashapura industries customer satisfaction is our prime object.
