Infrared Moisture Analyzer

DF-6740 infrared moisture analyzer developed by Dandong Dongfang Monitoring Company is an on-line material moisture measuring instrument. It measures the moisture content of slice, powder and pellet. The moisture value of each process points on the production line, which is widely applied in many fields of metallurgy, mine, food, medicines and the chemical industry.
Operating Principle:
(1) Moisture detection measures the moisture of the measured material according to the principle of the oxyhydrogen bonds in moisture, which absorbs specific a band of infrared ray.
(2) The instrument detection device has a special light source. The light emitted from the source of light which produces a specific beam through the optical system;
(3) Some of the beam is reflected after shining on the material surface. The moisture value of the measured material can be obtained through computer data calculations after accurately measuring the reflected light signals.
