Injection Molding

Durden is equipped to mold parts ranging from under a gram up to 28oz, in whatever color and thermoplastic material may be required. We run all commodity resins as well as a variety of highly specialized engineering resins such those shown on the MATERIALS sheet. Our machines will handle insert molding, over-molding and gas assist molding.

From these early discussions we are able to see how best we may be able to meet your needs. Often, based on our experience, we are able to make suggestions that may improve part quality or reduce part or tooling costs. We will assist you in sourcing a material that provides the required properties, such as ultraviolet or chemical resistance, tensile strength, dimentional stability, etc.
