Vikas Industries is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Plastic Moulds and Moulded articles. Its array of services includes Injection Moulding, Gas Injection Moulding, Product Development, Mould manufacturing, large scale productions, Assembly jobs and Development of Injection Moulding techniques. Today Vikas Industries is a multi location business enterprise with its head office in Mumbai and state of art, modern manufacturing facilities at Mumbai, Shahapur (Thane), Atgoan (Thane), Shirwal (Pune). The manufacturing facilities are equipped with 20 Injection Moulding Machines, ranging from 80 tonnes to 650 tonnes. The Flagship works at Shahapur is centrally located between the two prime cities Mumbai and Nashik, a two hours drive of 80 kilometers to either cities.
Shahapur Manufacturing unit has most sophisticated "Gas Assisted Injection Moulding Machinery",which very few Industries are equipped with. All the manufacturing units are Sophisticated moulding shops with latest Machineries, Accessories and necessary back-up Mould Chillers, Mould Temperature Controller, Hot-air Hoppers, Auto Hopper Loaders, Oil Filtration Machines, Ovens, Mixers, Compressors and Generators. Post Moulding operations like Ultrasonic Welding, Screen Printing, Spray Painting, Assembly of components, Shrink Wrapping, Special packaging requirements and Component testing can be carried out in-house at almost all plants.
