Forceful contact of chlorine gas with water at high pressure enables complete mixture and reduces the retention time or contact time, thereby, improving the efficiency. Injector is designed based on flow rate quantity of chlorine gas back-pressure in the chlorine solution distribution line. Sufficient vacuum [150-500 mm of hg] is necessary and mandatory for trouble free operation of the chlorine.
