Pellet Mill
Pellet Mill is required to palletise the feed after the steam cooking of the feed. 
Pellets are produced by squeezing the steam-cooked mash feed between the rotating die and pressing rolls. Steam cooking is important so as to make the feed free from micro-organism / pathogens and making it fit for animal consumption. Dry steam is added to the feeder conditioner of the pellet mill and it adds lubrication to the mash feed and makes it perfect for pelleting. It also facilitates better life to the use of dies and rollers.
