Contact SupplierAn In-situ Zirconia-Based Oxygen Analyzer is a high-temperature gas analysis device used for real-time measurement of oxygen concentration directly within flue gas or combustion processes. It operates based on a solid-state zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂) electrochemical sensor, which generates a voltage signal proportional to the oxygen partial pressure. The analyzer provides accurate and continuous oxygen measurement in the range of 0.1% to 25% O₂ by volume, with a response time typically under 5 seconds. It is suitable for high-temperature environments up to 1400°C and does not require gas sampling or conditioning systems. The sensor and probe are installed directly into the duct or stack, allowing direct exposure to the process gas. Power supply is usually 230V AC, with 4–20 mA or RS485 output for integration into process control systems. The device includes a built-in calibration port, automatic or manual calibration capability using reference gases, and options for display units with alarms and data logging. It is housed in a weatherproof, corrosion-resistant casing (often IP65/IP66) and is widely used in power plants, cement kilns, boilers, steel furnaces, and other combustion-critical industrial applications. Compliance with standards such as EN 15267, ISO 10849, and applicable CEMS guidelines is typical.
