Installation & Commissioning

Step1. After signing the contract, the buyer should provide Shelley Engineering with a geologic report. Shelley Engineering would come up with the foundation drawing design according to the geologic report. Customer can start the silo foundation construction once they get the foundation drawings.  

Step2. Shelley Engineering would discuss with customers the way of installation and give the customers necessary advice. Usually we provide with customers the following methods referring to silo construction.
Shelley Engineering sends engineers and interpreters to silo site for the silo construction supervision work. Buyers find local installation workers.
Shelley Engineering sends engineers to silo site for the silo construction work. Buyers find local interpreter and workers.

3. Buyers find local crew for the silo construction work. Shelley Engineering provides with buyers all the installation drawings, videos & all the necessary assistance.

Note: The number of technicians, interpreters and local workers depends on the project size, Shelley Engineering would provide with buyers the specific suggestions.
Step3. The Chinese technicians apply for visas and arrive at the silo site on time. The technicians from Shelley Engineering organize the installation schedule and assist the clients to resolve related problems, to make the project goes according to schedule.

Step4. We will do the commissioning of the silo system, once the construction is finished. Technicians from Shelley Engineering would also train the operators the panel operation and the routine maintenance.
